Individual Owners Sell Apartments for $3 Million
The 42-unit multi-family complex located at 16425 E Burnside Street in Portland Oregon has sold for $3 Million. Commonly known as the Trymax Apartments, online pokies the apartment buildings totaling 34,322 square feet transferred from two individual owners to Trymax Apartments LLC. It sold for $71,429 per unit or $82.96 per square foot.
The property was 100% occupied at time of sale. Having been delivered in 1992 on 1.71 acres in the Rockwood MF submarket of Multnomah County, it is ideally situated along the MAX Blue Line and is across from the E 162nd Ave MAX Station.
Mr. Bernard Gehret of Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate represented the sellers. The purchaser, Trymax Apartments LLC was represented by Mr. Phillip Barry, also of Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate.
