First Installment of "Street Appeal Series"- Trymax Apartments, Gresham, Oregon

The “Street Appeal Series” focuses on the exterior views of apartments that I like where the owner and/or manager is doing something special to their multi-family property.  Often, there is at least “one thing” that each property has that makes it unique or special in some way.

Today’s property is a 42 unit property in Gresham, Oregon located along the light rail on East Burnside at the border of Portland and Gresham in Rockwood.  While the Rockwood neighborhood is often maligned as a “tough” area, many owners (especially on newer purchases) take care of their properties well.  The Trymax is no exception, here are a few things Princeton Property Management and the owners do really well:
