This week, I received multiple offers on a listing located at 2126 E. Burnside. The vintage close-in four plex is in good condition in a great location, and we received multiple offers and many calls on the property immediately upon hitting the market! While
this property is a small apartment complex, it may be an indicator for the larger properties in the Portland metro area, considering it is a low cap rate (approximately 5%). Also, I have received more requests than usual this past month from sellers who wish to evaluate their properties for sale in 2013. Keep your eyes peeled!
